Reservations

jeuLumi operates by reservation. The date, time, duration, group size, price and services included in your reservation are those shown during booking or in your written confirmation.

Each participant completes the Participant Form before playing. A parent or legal guardian may complete one form for multiple minor participants.

Game selection, rotations and pacing may be adjusted based on group size, age, safety and the type of session.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added unless otherwise indicated.

The total price and payment requirements applicable to your reservation will be shown during booking or in your quote or confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact jeuLumi as soon as possible.

The cancellation or rescheduling conditions applicable to your reservation will be communicated during the booking process or in your booking confirmation.

Arrival

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of gameplay or event time available so that following reservations are not delayed.

Safety & Participation

Participants must follow jeuLumi staff instructions and the safety rules provided for the activity.

Non-slip socks are required on the interactive game floor.

Food, drinks, phones and loose objects must remain off the game floor.

Pushing, rough play and intentional collisions are not permitted.

jeuLumi may pause or modify an activity when necessary for safety.

Minors

Players 15 and under must be supervised by an adult. The adult does not have to play.

Events

Private events and party-room services are subject to the details and inclusions shown on the Events page and in the booking confirmation.

Customers are responsible for following the applicable facility rules for food, decorations and use of the event space.

Rentals

Rental services are subject to the details confirmed in the quote and rental agreement, including the selected floor size, event location, schedule, access and site requirements.

The customer or venue must provide accurate information about the event location and follow the setup and safety requirements provided by jeuLumi.

Website & Third-Party Services

jeuLumi may use third-party services for functions such as reservations, payments, website hosting and communications.

Use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The jeuLumi name, branding, website content, photographs, videos, graphics and other materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.
